Bangalore Metro Airport Terminal Station (BIAL)

​

• Creation of Project Template as per BIAL Standards as demanded by the Client.

• Setting up the project as per BIAL Standards.

• Co-ordinated design and BIM models of multiple disciplines.

• Overall QC of the Structural model.

• Creating 3D Realistic walkthrough/rendering files (For Coordination and helping the BIM team to find & resolve Issues in the model).

• Training and setting up BIM 360 for the Structure Design Team and for the BIM team to work efficiently on the Project.

• Modelling & Family creation as per BIAL standards.

• Design Drawings and Documentation.

• Created Schedules and BOQs for Estimation & Costing as per different Construction Phases.

• Setting up of Project Model as per colour codes for better understanding of Construction Phases in Revit Model using complex parameters as demanded by the Client.

• Also created separate parameters in Navisworks to showcase Construction Phases as already shown in Revit Model again as per the Client's demand.

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) PHASE 4

​

• Proof Checking of Structural Detail Design Drawings & Models by Contractors and Sub-contractors (3 Metro Lines, 20 Stations).

• Created many BIM Models of Elevated - Straight & Curved Stations in both Structural & Architectural Disciplines.

• Created more than 25 Entry & Exit BIM Models for different Metro Stations.

• Co-ordinated Designs for multiple discipline BIM Models for all Stations in Revit.

• Created Schedules and BOQs of Metro Stations for Estimation & Costing. Also rectified Station BIM Models for accurate output.

• Created Walkthroughs & Renderings of several Metro Station BIM Models.

• Clash Detection for multiple Disciplines & Sub Disciplines in Navisworks.

• Alignment of Straight & Curved Stations by placing all the Piers of the Viaduct in all 3 Metro Lines.

• Created Entry & Exit Facades BIM Models for different Metro Stations.

Proof of Concept - Bucharest Underground Metro (EGIS India - EDC Project)

• Created 2 Under Ground Stations Structure BIM Models.

• Created more than 6 Entry & Exit BIM Models for Underground Metro Stations.

• Created BOQs of both the Metro Stations for Estimation & Costing.

• Created Walkthrough & Renderings.

• Worked upon Clash Detection in Navisworks for both the Stations.

• Created 4D BIM Construction Phasing for TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine)

• Creation of 2D Drawings from Revit showcasing different Construction Phases for illustration purposes.

• Also created Construction Sequence in Revit for 6 different Stages of top-down Construction.

• Modelled the actual existing Topography/Contours referencing from Google Earth and CAD Mapper in Revit.
